Situated just 9 degrees from the equator, Costa Rica has a pleasant year-round climate, but the winter period is high season because it maintains warm, sunny weather at a time when many are seeking to escape the cold. With the new announcement, the guest house is offering private villa rentals for groups of up to 10 people during these most popular months.

Staff at The Light of Dawn Guest House note that high season is almost full, but there is limited new availability for those seeking a winter getaway. The boutique villa offers personal chefs, waterfall tours, zip line experiences, and horse riding, among other options.
The Light of Dawn is positioned to provide guests with easy access to a wide variety of activities while also offering a peaceful retreat from the everyday world. It features three well-appointed bedrooms, a kitchen, and mountain views.
“After a day of enjoying the natural world, or day trips to Manuel Antonio State Park and Quepos, a relaxing evening in your private villa awaits you,” explains a spokesperson. “It’s perfect for a romantic getaway, your honeymoon, a family vacation, or a group tour.”
A six-minute walk from the villa, Marina Pez Vela offers sportfishing, sailing, and scuba diving. Downtown Quepos is a 10-minute drive away, providing easy access to dining, nightlife, and supplies for stocking the villa’s kitchen.
Guests can take advantage of a wide variety of amenities. Horseback rides through the surrounding rainforest, tours of local coffee and cacao farms, and zip lining through the jungle canopy are all easily arranged by the staff.
The Light of Dawn is a private villa, and the entire property is reserved for the exclusive use of those in residence, with only the dedicated service staff on hand. For added convenience, staff members are available to meet guests upon arrival at Quepos Airport and transport them in comfort to the villa or preferred car rental location. The private chef can arrange meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
One recent guest said: “I had the time of my life at Light of Dawn. It was so beautiful, words can not describe the absolutely stunning natural environment. Hiking, swimming, and going into Quepos was so much fun.”
