Jennifer Lopez is all abs in white bikini during St. Barts vacation
Jennifer Lopez is ready to dive into the new year.
The “Jenny From the Block” singer, 54, showed off her amazing abs in a white-hot bikini in St. Barts on Wednesday.
Lopez strolled along the Caribbean coastline with a pale pink towel wrapped around her lower half, accessorizing with a straw sun hat and chic Valentino sunglasses ($860).
While getting her steps in, Lopez appeared to be belting out a song.
Possibly a nod to her enduring status as an icon of the ‘90s and early 2000s, the performer chose to listen to her tunes with old-school earphones.
Perhaps she was practicing melodies from her upcoming album and accompanying musical film, “This Is Me … Now,” a companion project to her 2002 LP, “This Is Me … Then.”
Last month, Lopez released the trailer for “This Is Me … Now” — a film co-written by her Oscar-winning husband, Ben Affleck — in which she looked equally fit.

In one scene, the superstar wears a figure-hugging wedding dress with heart-shaped cutouts that show off her sculpted midriff and toned legs.
During a March interview with Us Weekly, Lopez explained that fitness has always been a “very important part” of her life, as it benefits both her physical and emotional health.
“I think there’s a positive correlation between exercise and mental health,” she told the outlet.
“When you find a good balance through determination and focus, we’re naturally pushing to be the best version of ourselves.”
Lopez noted that she prefers breaking a sweat before her day starts, revealing that she always likes to exercise “first thing in the morning” even if her gym routine is constantly evolving.
“I’m always … looking for things that keep me excited and motivated,” she said.
“I’m not afraid to challenge myself, so I’m open to pushing myself, which is what I’m doing right now as I rehearse for my new album.”
The “This Is Me…Now” album and film will be released on Feb. 16, 2024, with the first single, “Can’t Get Enough,” set to drop Jan. 10.
