What’s Your Favorite U.S. National Park?

I have a concern: What’s your beloved U.S. National Park?
In excess of the past two a long time, I’ve fallen in adore with them.
In advance of the pandemic, I experienced only frequented a handful of them, largely by accident. But once the pandemic strike, and it was protected more than enough to highway-excursion, I drove all about the place going to them.
Now I’ve found 15 out of 63. And sometime, I’d like to see them all.
To start with, there was Redwood Nationwide Park, with its towering trees and black-sand beaches…
Then Indiana Dunes, with its sprawling sights of nuclear reactors…
Then Utah, property to some of the most effective countrywide parks in the nation: I frequented Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, and Zion.
Following Utah, I frequented Mammoth Cave (Kentucky) and Sizzling Springs (Arkansas), on the way to Austin, which is in which I live now.
Then there was Large Bend, Texas. The night time sky is amazing there! You can see so lots of stars.
Adopted by Petrified Forest in New Mexico…
And most recently, Glacier (Montana) and Grand Teton (Wyoming). Glacier Nationwide Park reminded me of Switzerland with its alpine valleys, purple wildflowers, and jagged mountains. I even noticed mountain goats.
I experience so blessed that I have gotten to see so substantially of our stunning country in the previous couple of several years.
When I was more youthful, I concentrated exclusively on worldwide travel (this site is not identified as Ashley Abroad for nothin’). But in excess of the previous two a long time, I’m pleased to report that I’ve gained a newfound appreciation for my personal yard.
It turns out you really do not have to fly midway around the environment to go on an experience.
As for my favorite? It’s a two-way tie concerning Redwood and Large Bend.
