At least 1 killed in crash on Route 24 in Summit, New Jersey
1 min readSUMMIT, N.J. — At the very least one particular individual was killed in a crash on Route 24 in Summit on Thursday.
Police explained around 2:30 p.m. that there was a major incident in the eastbound lanes around Hobart Avenue. As a result, the eastbound lanes ended up shut down.
As CBS2’s Dan Rice reports, there ended up at minimum 6 autos, including a semi-truck, included.
Chopper 2 was over the scene Thursday afternoon.
The trigger of the incident is unidentified at this time.
New Jersey State Police noted quite a few crucial injuries. At minimum 1 man or woman has died.
