What to do with your kids this February vacation

OTIS, Mass. (WWLP) – It’s President’s Day weekend and the beginning of February vacation for western Massachusetts students.

This weekend is also one of the busiest times of the year for local ski resorts. At Otis Ridge in the Berkshires, they’ve been making snow to have enough of it on the slopes this weekend. They will be hosting their annual cardboard box race on Saturday at 1 p.m. to benefit the Otis Food Pantry.

If you’re looking to go skiing this weekend, there are several resorts in our area:

Children will learn how to identify trees around the park.
