A San Diego-based journey agent refused to refund dad and mom $415,000 compensated toward a school trip canceled during the COVID-19 pandemic, California prosecutors reported.

She put in the funds, meant for an 8th-grade excursion to the East Coast, on credit history card buys, hire, and artwork in its place of reservations, officers mentioned.
